Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious, high-performing college students for the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid 10-week internship delivers meaningful project work, mentorship, executive exposure, development opportunities, and collaboration with fellow interns across various bank departments.

Interns gain hands-on experience with consumer banking product design, digital experiences, market research, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related college major preferred.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple bank departments on real-world projects.
• Participate in a comprehensive learning program with personal and professional development resources.
• Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities to Senior Leaders.
• Build connections through mentorship and collaboration with peers and experienced professionals.
• Engage leaders across the organization through networking events and discussions.
• Contribute to volunteer initiatives and employee resource groups.
• High-performing interns may be considered for continued opportunities within WSFS Bank upon program completion.
