Job summary

CDPHP is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and attend development workshops focused on business concepts.

Interns explore tracks in areas such as Analytics, Information Technology, Customer Experience, Finance, and Project Management, with up to 40 hours weekly. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Majors include Computing Sciences & Information Technology or similar program(s).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and potentially board reporting.
• Support metric reporting and development. Support ECO reporting internally.
• Works with a mentor and supports key strategic projects.
• Completes work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications.
• Performs a mix of tasks that cover a broad range of business-related projects.
• Creates and delivers presentations at completion of internship.
• Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
• Performs other functions as assigned by management.
