Job summary

Univera Healthcare's Summer College Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship for undergraduate and graduate students. It offers development workshops, networking, and mentorship under managers, with a chance to work on meaningful projects across various tracks.

Interns attend workshops focused on key business concepts, study in both technical and non-technical areas, and gain experience through audit support, data collection, and monthly meetings while upholding our mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify audit information sent to the BCBSA in support of the FEP IPA audit.
• Collect data, verify accuracy and compliance.
• Verify data submitted by other Operations Auditors.
• Learn and participate in the Dental Claims audit and forward errors to the Operations area.
• Support key strategic projects and present completed work to mentors.
