HUB International invites ambitious college students to join its Summer Internship Program in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This full-time, 10-week position runs June 1 to August 6, paying $22 per hour and offering hands-on experiences across client service, policy administration, and market research.

You will work with seasoned professionals, participate in workshops, and contribute to real business priorities while building a network in the insurance brokerage industry.

Qualifications

• College students with a Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Collaborative team player with a desire to help others.
• Independent and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: collaborate with our sales and service teams to work with clients across the United States.
• Policy Administration: manage policies, endorsements, renewals, data management, and assist in claims processing.
• Market Research: analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
• Technical Training: participate in workshops and training sessions.
• Reporting: prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
