HUB International offers a 10-week paid internship across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams. You will gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry experts, and explore client service, sales, and more while building a foundation for a successful insurance career.

You will learn from risk, employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management professionals and participate in projects with real impact.

Qualifications

• Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation required.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Collaborative team player; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with our sales and service teams to work with clients and communities across the United States to understand unique regional needs.
• Policy Administration: Gain hands‑on experience in managing policies, endorsements, renewals, data management, and assisting in claims processing.
• Market Research: Support analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
• Technical Training: Participate in workshops and training sessions to strengthen your skills and industry knowledge.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
