Interns will participate in research modules including planting, data collection, plot identification, and production support. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomic trials, stand counts, fungicide/insecticide comparisons, and interaction with sales staff.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate coursework in agriculture or related field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Planting module: set up and plant research studies, organize seed, plant, and stake plots.
• Data collection and thinning: collect stand counts, report data, and thin plots to target populations.
• Plot identification: design, map, and identify varieties and technologies on plots.
