Job summary

Wellabe is seeking a 10-week paid internship on our Customer Success team from June 7 through August 13, 2027. This collaborative role offers hands-on learning across projects and guidance from our Customer Success team.

During the program you will gain real-world experience, participate in an intern program with orientation, regular check-ins, mentors, and learning sessions that complement classroom study.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing degree in related field.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn about products and services and how CX supports organizations
• Procedures and training development
• Chatbot development/testing
• CS Week 2027 planning
• Develop AEP ramp up plan – drum excitement/engagement
