Job summary

Wellabe is seeking a 10-week paid HR internship from June 7 through August 13, 2027, to join our human resources team. In this collaborative role, you will gain professional experience by working on a variety of projects and learning from our HR professionals.

You will participate in a well-rounded internship program with mentorship, orientation, and regular check-ins, plus exposure to candidate screening, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or another related field.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in phone screening candidates, resume review, and scheduling interviews.
• Assisting in employee development program design, assessment, and facilitation.
• Assisting in employee engagement efforts like onboarding, employee resource groups, and social events.
• Assisting in data collection.
