Wellabe is seeking a 10-week paid intern to join our Customer Success team from June 7 through August 13, 2027. In this collaborative role, you will learn key CX skills by working on various projects and learning from our team.

This internship program includes orientation, regular check-ins, one-on-one mentors, weekly coffee chats with company leaders, weekly learning sessions, and engaging social events throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing degree in related field.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn about products and services and how CX supports organizations.
• Procedures and training development
• Chatbot development/testing
• CS Week 2027 planning
• Develop AEP ramp up plan – drum excitement/engagement
