Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited undergrad or grad program with expected graduation within 12 months.
• Rising seniors preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for the full duration; no sponsorship.
• Prior internship or coursework in financial modeling or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain property- and portfolio-level financial models.
• Review operator and tenant financial performance monthly/quarterly.
• Conduct market research on submarkets and comparable transactions.
• Prepare asset business plans and capex analyses.
• Assist with leases, management agreements, and loan documents.
• Support data collection for investor reporting.
• Present capstone project to Asset Management leadership.
• Assist in maintaining databases and reporting tools.
