Job summary

Welltower, Inc. is offering a paid, full-time summer Asset Management internship for students pursuing real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.

You’ll support portfolio analysis, market research, financial modeling, and reporting, with exposure across the asset lifecycle and a culminating capstone project presented to leadership. Qualifications

• No full-time experience required; internship or coursework in related fields preferred.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in related fields.
• Eligible to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship.
• Exposure to ARGUS Enterprise or comparable software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain property- and portfolio-level financial models.
• Review operator/tenant financial performance monthly/quarterly.
• Conduct market and competitive research for asset plans.
• Prepare asset business plans, hold/sell analyses, and portfolio materials.
• Summarize leases, management agreements, and loan documents.
• Track capital activity and prepare investment reporting.
• Create exhibits and reports for internal and investor use.
• Participate in property tours and investment discussions.
• Maintain asset management databases and reporting tools.
• Complete and present a capstone project to leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as required.
