• Actively enrolled in nursing program and in final year.
• Must provide BLS Certification.
• Must provide official/unofficial transcripts if requested.
• Maintain good academic standing in nursing program.
• Orientation completion required.

• Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision for patients 18+ as training permits.
• Assist student nurse extern in transitioning to a graduate nurse role.
• Utilize clinical skills and hospital protocols under supervision during shadow period.
