• Deliver high-level customer service to visitors and attendees.
• Perform general office duties and data entry related to events.
• Support familiarity with 12twenty, Handshake, and related platforms to support event check-in and data entry.
• Cross-train to serve as back-up for the Career Development Office.
• Contribute to content creation for the department.
