Regina Health Center in Richfield, Ohio invites motivated individuals to join a brand-new, paid STNA/CNA training program on site. You will learn under a licensed nurse while earning wages throughout training.

The Ohio Department of Health-licensed program provides 80 hours of instruction starting October 12, 2026. Tuition is fully covered; during classes you earn $16/hour, rising to $18/hour after completion and certification, with further increases to $20/hour when employed full-time.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background checks.
• Must be able to attend Nurse Aide Training days as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Attend all Nurse Aide Training days, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., as scheduled.
• Under licensed nurse supervision, assist residents with daily care needs.
• Complete the 80-hour training program and pursue state certification.

Regina Health Center is now recruiting for PAID State Tested Nurse Aide/Certified Nurse Aide (STNA/CNA) training. Regina, located in Richfield, Ohio, is seeking eager, focused, mature candidates for our FREE on-site STNA/CNA training program.

Working under the supervision of a licensed nurse, nurse aides are the primary caregivers for residents who need basic assistance with their daily care needs – dressing, eating, mobility and ambulation, personal hygiene, and bathing.

Our Ohio Department of Health-licensed Nurse Aide Training Program will provide you with 80 hours of instruction beginning October 12, 2026. Tuition is fully covered and you will be paid $16.00 per hour while participating in the classes. Upon successful completion of the classes, and pending shift availability, you will earn $18.00 per hour. Then, after completion of state testing and becoming certified in the State of Ohio, your pay will increase to $20.00 per hour Note, pay increases and permanent employment are based upon available openings at Regina Health Center.

Qualifications for the STNA/CNA Training Program:

• Must be able to attend all the Nurse Aide Training days from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2026 – Friday, October 16, and Monday, October 18, 2026 – Friday, October 23, 2026.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background checks.
