Minnesota Spice Softball is seeking enthusiastic, dependable coaches to join our coaching staff for Fall, Winter, and Summer seasons in Minnesota. We’re looking for individuals who love teaching the game, building relationships with athletes, and creating a positive learning environment.

Whether you’re an experienced coach, former collegiate athlete, recent graduate, education major, or simply passionate about softball, we’d love to connect with you.

Qualifications

• Preferred coaching experience in softball/baseball.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Reliability and commitment to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist practices.
• Coach tournament games throughout Minnesota.
• Teach fundamentals and advanced softball skills.
• Encourage athlete growth and confidence.
• Communicate professionally with players, parents, and staff.
• Create a positive, energetic team environment.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and program leadership.
