ZOE is seeking a Performance Editor to join its creative engine behind paid social advertising. This editing-first role centers on growing Daily30 and the Gut Health Bar, crafting high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok, Google and other channels.

You’ll work with UAc managers, strategists and designers to deliver compelling creative that stops thumbs and converts while maintaining brand quality. The role blends hands-on editing with strategic input and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing paid social video editing with multiple variants.
• Experience creating conversion-focused creative for DTC, SaaS or consumer brands.
• Recent work on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Advanced use of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma and CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Edit performance creative daily, turning footage into high-performing ads across Meta, TikTok, Google and more.
• Create multiple variants, test hooks, pacing, messaging, captions and CTAs.
• Showcase product ingredients, benefits and everyday moments to drive purchases.
• Contribute concepts and improvements, not just execute briefs.
• Apply data insights to improve edits and performance.
