Responsibilities

• Edit performance-oriented short-form creative for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
• Apply hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling to every edit.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and strategists to develop concepts and iterate quickly.
• Use AI tools to generate or modify footage and assets as part of the workflow.
• Create multiple variations to support high-volume testing.
• Maintain high craft across picture, sound, captions within brand and compliance.
