Window Nation is seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. As we continue to expand into new markets, we need an experienced paid social expert to help drive our growth through effective social media advertising strategies. This position will be based at our corporate HQ office in Fulton, MD and will report directly to the Performance Marketing Manager as a crucial member of our data-driven marketing team.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale ad campaigns across our regional footprints (30+ markets)
• Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies to help achieve Window Nation's monthly marketing goals
• Develop innovative demand generation strategies that connect with homeowners before they even know they need our solutions
• Conduct in-depth audience research and analysis to identify target segments and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance
• Leverage existing attribution models to track customer journeys and propose data-driven improvements
• Analyze creative performance data and provide actionable insights to our creative team to optimize ad effectiveness
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement
• Strategize and execute testing opportunities for improving KPI efficiencies with thorough post-analysis
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media advertising, specifically Meta Business Suite
• Demonstrated experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with $1M+ in annual budget
• Proven ability to connect advertising metrics to real business outcomes
• Experience supporting or leading multi-location marketing campaigns
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred
• Experience in demand generation and identifying customer pain points
• Strategic mindset with the ability to take calculated risks
• Experience using Nextdoor’s advertising platform
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools that support paid social performance
• Background in affiliate marketing strategies
• Success driving results on emerging social platforms beyond Meta (e.g. TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
• Previous experience in the home services space or related industries
• Success scaling campaigns across diverse geographic markets
