Job summary

Prophet is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own the day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns. You will connect workstreams to client goals, lead conversations, and mentor junior teammates while contributing to business development.

You will manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit, ensuring alignment with brand building, site traffic, leads, and sales. Hybrid Austin-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid social, digital media, or performance marketing in an agency or equivalent environment.
• B2B experience is a plus and LinkedIn is a must; platform certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Plan, setup, optimize, report, analyze, and manage budgets tied to client goals.
• Lead client conversations and deliver inputs to internal and client discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development where possible.
• Apply AI tools to improve insights, speed, and clarity across workstreams.
• Collaborate across Prophet teams including paid search, programmatic, and analytics.
