The Role
Apollo is hiring a Paid Social Manager to scale its paid acquisition programs across Meta and LinkedIn. This role will lead full-funnel campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and improve return on investment for paid social channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in Meta Ads, data-led, creative, and experienced in high-growth B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Campaign Management: Build, scale and optimise Meta Ads campaigns, including advanced targeting, ad creative, and budget allocation
Strategic Execution: Own and develop paid social growth strategies across channels aligned with business targets
Conversion Rate Optimisation: Test creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and audiences to increase conversion performance
Channel Testing: Evaluate new acquisition platforms and tools to reach new audiences and drive MQL growth
Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign metrics and translate insights into data-informed strategy updates
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends and innovations in paid social, AI, and growth marketing

Qualifications
6+ years in growth marketing, including 4+ years managing paid social campaigns in-house at a B2B tech company
Experience managing Meta Ads with monthly six-figure spend
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad optimisation tools
Demonstrated success in CRO, testing structures, and creative strategy
Strong communication skills and a track record of driving scalable results
Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus
