Crossmedia is seeking a Supervisor, Paid Social to join the One Marketplace team in New York. Lead paid social strategy and activation for national clients, translating business goals into effective social plans and guiding a hands-on team through platform optimization.

The role blends strategy, execution, and client leadership with a focus on developing people while staying ahead of platform changes. Hybrid work setup in NY.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid social media experience with emphasis on strategy, activation, optimization, and measurement.
• Hands-on experience across major platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X).
• Ability to translate client objectives into strategic paid social plans.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, budgeting, optimization, creative formats, and measurement.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategies and results.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead day-to-day paid social operations across assigned clients and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to communicate recommendations and insights.
• Maintain platform expertise and stay current with evolving capabilities and formats.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to agency growth.
