Job summary

Alloy Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Social & New Channels to lead acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

You will own strategy, testing frameworks, audience architectures, and measurement systems to scale campaigns while exploring new channels, pilots, and white-space opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on paid social experience.
• Direct-to-consumer marketing with subscription or repeat purchases.
• In-house media buying experience with owned budgets and execution.
• Proven track record managing $1M+ monthly paid social budgets.
• Expert-level proficiency in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising.
• Deep experience with additional platforms (Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of all paid social channels with focus on Meta and TikTok, plus Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Scale programs with nuanced platform strategies for each channel.
• Test, learn, and iterate while balancing precision with momentum.
• Drive creative diversity through testing frameworks with Creative on briefs and rapid production cycles.
• Implement broad targeting strategies leveraging platform algorithms while maintaining testing discipline.
• Ensure clean data and technical accuracy across tracking, UTMs, pixel implementation, and integrations.
• Own identifying, launching, and evaluating new channel opportunities with structured execution.
• Develop pilot plans with clear success metrics and measure incremental impact.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging channels to identify growth opportunities.
• Build business cases for new channel investment based on audience, saturation, and incremental efficiency.
