Peloton seeks an Associate Manager, Paid Social, to drive performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging channels. You will optimize budgets, lead testing calendars, and partner with Creative and Analytics to deliver impactful campaigns with full-funnel execution.

You will craft reports, present insights to Growth Marketing leadership, and shape innovative paid social strategies aligned with business objectives. This role is hybrid in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social media experience on Meta/TikTok/Pinterest.
• Experience overseeing acquisition/retail/e-commerce campaigns with clear results.
• Collaborative work with Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams.
• Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campaign performance across platforms and optimize to exceed targets.
• Create and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Develop paid social strategies and testing calendars with cross-functional input.
• Lead budget allocation decisions based on last-touch and MMM insights.
• Collaborate with Creative teams and external agencies to produce high-performing ads.
• Establish and manage AI agentic workstreams in the process.
