Not Your Mother’s Haircare is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead the execution and optimization of national paid social campaigns. You will partner with a Senior Omnichannel Manager and external agencies to drive customer acquisition and brand growth through data-driven media planning.

The role demands strong analytical skills, experience with Meta and TikTok ads, and budget management in a hybrid Tampa office environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, website management, or social commerce.
Experience managing TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms.
Experience managing website content through a CMS (Shopify or similar platform).
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-powered search.
Experience with GA4 and digital reporting tools.
Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent written communication for digital storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead paid social strategy development with agencies to oversee Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for efficiency and incrementality.
Develop creative briefs for upper funnel campaigns (audio, CTV, OOH).
Manage social content workstreams with agencies to meet campaign goals on TikTok and Instagram.
Maintain budgets, monitor spend and invoices; report monthly KPIs.
Collaborate with Organic Social to inform paid strategies; mentor juniors.
