Razorfish is seeking a Media Supervisor, Paid Social to translate client goals into actionable paid social campaigns and drive strategic programs that exceed objectives. You will oversee day-to-day campaign activation, optimization, and post-buy analysis.

The role requires 5+ years in Paid Media with a focus on Paid Social, proficiency across multiple platforms, and strong analytics. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential in this fast-evolving team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience with a focus on paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day steward of social media campaign development, activation, and innovation, translating goals into paid media campaigns.
• Direct and manage the daily workflow of all paid social campaigns, including proposal development and post-buy recaps.
• Collaborate with Investment, Strategy, and Activation teams to respond to briefs and deliver new solutions.
• Monitor trends in social media to improve performance and recommend new tools and services.
• Advocate the value of social media to clients, partners, and internal teams.
