The Paid Social B2B LinkedIn Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing paid social campaigns. Working closely with internal teams, the successful applicant will assist with strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on B2B campaigns.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist digital team members with the development of paid social campaign strategies
  • Assist with daily campaign optimization, testing, tracking, and performance measurement
  • Work with internal partners and vendor teams to ensure campaigns are well-structured, set up correctly, trafficked, and tracked properly
  • Manage creative development and approval processes
  • Develop reports and derive key insights on campaign performance
  • Evaluate and improve internal display and paid social processes to support strategic planning and implementation, including cost files, partner billing, and audience setup
Skills and Experience
  • Passion for digital marketing with an understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • Willingness to learn about the evolving digital ecosystem and test new tools and technologies
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and communicating successes
  • Ability to work within tight timeframes and provide real-time insights to ensure targets are met
  • Highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, either client-side or in an agency
  • 2+ years managing and optimizing B2B campaigns
  • Advanced tracking and analytics skills
  • Deep understanding of digital tactics and measurement, especially in paid social and video advertising using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience with CRM audience activation platforms
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn ad campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or technology sectors
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, DOMO, Tableau, and LiveRamp
  • Adherence to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote employees

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors including location, education, and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k). All benefits are subject to eligibility.
