The Paid Social B2B LinkedIn Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing paid social campaigns. Working closely with internal teams, the successful applicant will assist with strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on B2B campaigns.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist digital team members with the development of paid social campaign strategy
  • Assist with daily campaign optimization, testing, tracking, and performance measurement
  • Work with internal partners and vendor teams to ensure campaigns are optimally structured, set up, trafficked, and tracked correctly
  • Manage creative development and approval process
  • Develop reporting and key insights on campaign performance
  • Evaluate and improve internal display and paid social processes to support strategic planning and implementation, e.g., cost files, partner billing, and audience setup
Skills and Experience
  • Passion for digital marketing with an understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • Constantly learning about the evolving digital ecosystem – with a willingness to test new tools and technologies
  • Results-oriented, goal-driven, and effective communicator of successes
  • Ability to work within tight time constraints, providing near real-time insights to ensure targets are met
  • Highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience within client or agency settings
  • 2+ years managing and optimizing B2B campaigns
  • Advanced tracking and analytics knowledge
  • Deep understanding of digital tactics and measurement, especially in paid social and video advertising using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience with CRM audience activation platforms
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Ad campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or technology sectors
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with DOMO and/or Tableau
  • Experience with LiveRamp

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors such as location, education, and experience. UnitedHealth Group offers comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. Benefits are subject to eligibility.
