The Paid Social Analyst Role
We seek a Paid Social Analyst to join our Ignite team. You will work closely with Media Buying and Account Management teams to plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Nextdoor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audience research and develop social media campaign strategies.
- Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns across social platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and provide daily updates.
- Manage creative trafficking, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels for measurement.
- Stay updated on platform best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with Account Management to resolve issues.
- Support media buying strategies and performance improvements.
- Complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Share performance insights and collaborate to improve results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- At least 6 months of experience in digital media, especially paid social (preferred).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Nextdoor ads is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (intermediate level).
