Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Service Technician Intern in Bethlehem, PA. The intern will work with seasoned Service Technicians, gaining hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and diagnostics for aerial lifts and heavy equipment.

Applicants must be enrolled in a diesel technology, heavy equipment, automotive technology, industrial maintenance, or mechatronics program, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited technical college pursuing a degree or certificate in diesel technology, heavy equipment technology, automotive technology, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum GPA of 2.5 (optional).
Ability to work full-time during the summer and part-time during school breaks.
Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Service Technicians with preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Learn basic hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Perform shop organization, cleaning, and tool maintenance.
Assist with equipment setup, washing, and detailing.
Support parts inventory, staging, and material movement.
Complete assigned safety and technical training.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders.
Participate in mentoring and development activities.
