We’re Looking For A: Paid Search Marketing Specialist to manage branded and nonbranded search and shopping campaigns across various health-related verticals. The role involves enhancing the customer journey, increasing paid search ROI, and linking front-end funnels with paid landing pages.

Location: Remote

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Optimize keywords and bids in Google Adwords for multiple products and verticals.
  • Collaborate with teams in Customer Acquisition, Video Editing, IT, and Design to implement test results.
  • Develop and apply conversion rate optimization strategies based on data analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze search performance, identify growth opportunities, and set benchmarks.
  • Enhance the customer journey holistically, including SEO and customer journey initiatives.
  • Review and provide feedback on new content to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovate strategies accordingly.
  • Bridge customer acquisition funnels and search strategies, sharing successful tactics.
  • Adapt proactively to challenges, embodying the "test everything, fail fast" culture.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Experience with Tableau is preferred.
