Job summary

MERGE is a marketing and tech agency blending storytelling with data-driven paid search for health and wellness brands. We seek a Manager, Paid Search to lead discovery, audits, and campaign execution while mentoring a team of specialists.

You’ll drive performance through keyword strategy, landing-page tracking, and client reporting, with a collaborative, agile approach. Hybrid work across U.S. hubs in major cities is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional paid search campaign management experience.
• Proven experience with Life Science/Pharma accounts.
• Masters or equivalent optional but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, audits, and campaign strategy aligning with client goals.
• Oversee keyword research, campaign builds, and reporting with a hands-on coaching approach.
• Maintain high QA standards across campaigns and trackers, ensuring accuracy.
