Job summary

Camping World is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Search Specialist to join our in-house digital marketing team in Chicago. You will plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Campaign Manager, driving performance with rigorous testing and data-driven insights.

You will produce reports from GA4 and LookerStudio, communicate findings to stakeholders, and help elevate the team’s search strategy while balancing multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of SEM/digital marketing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, GA4.
• Base understanding of tagging and tracking.
• Ability to pull and analyze channel reports.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and Campaign Manager.
• Drive campaign performance through optimizations and A/B testing.
• Provide performance reporting and insights using GA4, LookerStudio and SA360.
• Collaborate with Good Sam lines of business and the digital marketing team.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
