The Role

We're on the lookout for an ambitious Paid Search Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced Director of Paid Search. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into the weeds and contribute to impactful growth across multiple brands using the latest tools and technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Management

  • Take ownership of managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google ads, Microsoft ads and YouTube ads for diverse brands.
  • Develop and execute detailed campaign strategies, keyword strategies, bidding strategies, and budget management/pacing that consistently exceed client goals.
  • Craft persuasive ad copy, utilize ad extensions, and regularly test assets to maximize new customer ROI.
  • Research, build, and optimize product data feeds for Google Shopping campaigns.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (In-house performance tracker, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Northbeam) to monitor, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Regularly analyze performance data, identifying actionable insights to continuously improve campaign ROI.
  • Create performance reports and presentations that showcase our success and continued next steps/proactive strategy to clients.
  • Ideate and execute ad creative scripts/briefs across different client verticals, focusing on compelling hooks and engaging storytelling for YouTube and CTV ads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor creative strategies to ensure our client creatives remain fresh, relevant, and high performing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure seamless execution of ad creative concepts that follow brand guidelines across all clients.
  • Source and brief UGC creators based on best performing ads or concepts that need to be tested.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with our awesome internal teams—creative, strategy, data—to deliver high performing ads for various brands.
  • Communicate proactively with clients under the wing of our director, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in our strategies.
  • Participate actively in internal brainstorming and strategy sessions focused on creative and growth marketing solutions.

Learning

  • Stay ahead of industry advancements and best practices within paid search marketing.
  • Complete training programs such as Google Ads Certification and explore advanced analytics platforms to enhance your skills and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous learning and deepening your understanding of holistic growth marketing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Driven, self-motivated, self-starter
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns, specifically with Google Ads and Bing Ads (agency/e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Bonus: strong understanding or usage of other ad platforms - Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest
  • Solid understanding of paid search strategies, keyword research, bidding techniques, and digital marketing funnels.
  • Experience with data feed management and optimization preferred (DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics)
  • Proficiency in analytics and attribution platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, TripleWhale, Northbeam).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and client-facing teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine passion for learning, growth marketing, and personal development.
