The Position:

The Aragon Company is seeking a Paid Search Analyst to join our Team to enhance our brand, drive business growth, and provide paid campaign management solutions within The Money Manual Business Unit. The Paid Search Analyst will collaborate with Media Buying, Content, Business Development, and Leadership to plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns to meet defined performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with AdOps and Data Analytics to ensure viability of granular performance data necessary to conduct key campaign optimizations.
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics leveraging Everflow, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Funnel, Microsoft Clarity, Tableau, while formulating actionable insights and cross-collaborating with Teammates to achieve desired results.
  • Perform end-to-end analyses that identify key drivers of emerging trends to drive digital marking efficiencies and optimizations; analyze and synthesize learnings for Media Buyers and Teammates.
  • Collaborate with Leadership and Teammates to manage campaigns, bid strategies, and budget allocation to meet both internal ROAS goals and advertise quality metrics.
  • Stay up to date on latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to drive optimal and successful campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital paid advertising; understanding of variety of marketing campaign types in Google (Search, PMAX, Display, Youtube, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically about business requirements to drive meaningful decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects, adhering to tight deadlines in a constantly changing and extremely fast-paced environment.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Compensation:

This position is Part-Time – 20 hours a week/4 days a week - 1099 Independent Contractor. The target range for this position is $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 (annually). Pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, pay equity, and other relevant business conditions.
