Job summary

TrulyHired in North Carolina is seeking a School Psychologist Intern for Madison County Schools. This paid internship with benefits runs 10 months and a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support students with disabilities, conduct evaluations, plan interventions, maintain confidential records, and coordinate with the supervising school psychologist to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's program in School Psychology at an accredited institution.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in school, clinic, or hospital settings.
• Knowledge of IDEA, FERPA, HIPAA requirements and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve on student support teams as needed.
• Assist in evaluations and data collection to inform interventions.
• Coordinate with supervising psychologist to develop plans and reports.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare written/oral presentations.
