Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship candidate in Peoria, IL to spend 10–12 weeks gaining real-world business and leadership experience. You will work 40 hours per week at the Peoria office and earn $17 per hour, starting May 19, 2027.

You’ll join a team-based environment with peers learning alongside you and taking on meaningful challenges. You’ll complete intern projects, develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing, and may be eligible for performance

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date in 2027/2028.
• Authorization to work in the United States without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability to commit 10–12 weeks starting May 18th, 2027, and to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Enterprise Management Internship program and learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition; potential performance incentives and referral rewards.

Education

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree with graduation date of August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028
