Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship participant to build leadership and business skills in a fast-paced environment. This paid internship invites university students to experience real-world challenges and learn what it takes to run a successful business alongside first- and second-year full-time professionals.

The 10- to 12-week program starts May 19, 2027, with a 40-hour work week at the Springfield, IL office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with graduation Aug 2027, Dec 2027, or May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available the required days listed in the posting: Tuesday, May 18th, 2027; June 7th-9th, 2027; and Thursday, July 29th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees.
• We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
