Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Pella, IA. This paid, full-time internship will run 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks, starting May 19, 2027. Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
• 40 hours per week availability.
• Must be able to start May 18th, 2027 and be available on the required posting dates.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management tasks and learn to run a fleet of vehicles.
• Assist in delivering excellent customer service and relationship building with customers and coworkers.
• Contribute to developing marketing strategies and understanding business operations.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition and incentives.
