Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a Management Internship student for Billings, MT. You’ll receive paid, real-world management experience starting at $17 per hour, with a 10–12 week commitment.

The internship mirrors challenges faced by full-time professionals and includes a team-based environment to learn, grow and have fun. Qualifications include rising senior status, a valid driver's license, clean record, US work authorization, and a May start window.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full time for upcoming semester, graduating by May 2028.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
