Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Pella, IA for university students. The 10- to 12-week program starts May 19, 2027, requires 40 hours per week, and pays $17 per hour in the Pella, IA office (50219).

You’ll rotate through experiences similar to Management Trainees, learning to run a fleet, serve customers, and craft marketing strategies while collaborating in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student working towards the completion of their Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date in Aug 2027, Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available the required days listed in the posting: Tuesday, May 18th, 2027; June 7th-9th, 2027; Thursday, July 29th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
