Job summary

Enterprise in Ames, IA is seeking a Management Internship to develop leadership and business skills through real-world projects in sales, customer care, and marketing. You will work as a paid, part-time intern, collaborating with peers in a team-based environment.

Expect 25 hours per week for 10–11 weeks, with opportunities to engage in performance incentives and learn the essentials of managing a fleet and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Senior- graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 10-11 week commitment (≤90 days) with start Jan 5, 2027.
• Available to work 25 hours/week.
