Enterprise in Dubuque, IA offers a paid, part-time Management Internship to help you build business and leadership skills. University students gain real-world experience from day one in a team-based environment.

You’ll learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. The internship includes projects, performance incentives, and potential referrals.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start during January 5th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
