Enterprise is offering a Sales Management Internship at 2558 N Susquehanna Trail Shamokin Dam, PA 17870. The program is designed for university students to gain real-world business and leadership experience while earning $16 per hour.

As a paid intern, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business, tackle challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals, and develop skills in fleet management, customer service, marketing, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Must currently be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in our Summer Intern Orientation Class on Monday, May 24th.
• Must be able to commit to a 40/hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• You'll be placed in the middle of everything and will develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you'll complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers.
• You may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
