TeleVoIPs, LLC is offering a 12-week Sales & Marketing Internship in Florida. You will gain real-world experience marketing Engage, TeleVoIPs’ CRM and marketing platform, by running campaigns and supporting pipeline development.

Ideal candidates are Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Business/Entrepreneurship majors, enrolled at USF for Spring 2027, with strong writing and communication skills and an interest in B2B tech or SaaS. No prior marketing automation experience is required.

Qualifications

• Marketing, advertising, communications, business or entrepreneurship majors encouraged.
• Enrolled at USF and available for Spring 2027 term.
• Interest in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Strong writers and communicators with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch email and SMS campaigns inside Engage and report on conversions.
• Create blog posts, customer case studies, landing pages, and social content.
• Plan and run a monthly social calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
• Interview customers and publish case studies from conversations.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists and support outbound outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in product demos and live discovery calls to introduce Engage to customers.
