Job summary

Jordan's is seeking a motivated student for a 10-week paid Sales Internship starting June 7, 2027, in Natick, MA. You will join our showroom team on-site, learn the selling process, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate is a rising college senior in business management, business administration, or marketing with an interest in sales and customer service. Travel to multiple New England locations and some weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Rising college senior pursuing a degree in business management, business administration or marketing.
• Interest in sales and customer service is helpful.
• No prior commissioned sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Take part in our upcoming June Sales Training Cohort.
• Work alongside seasoned sales consultants and management to gain insight into the selling process.
• Use a consultative selling approach to match guests with the right merchandise.
• Lead a project to document learnings from the summer and how you contributed to sales.
• Perform any other function or responsibility assigned by the department.
