Job summary

Jordan’s in Avon, MA, offers a paid Sales Internship designed for rising college seniors in business-related programs. You’ll train on the showroom floor, learn selling techniques, and work closely with experienced sales staff to drive sales and superb customer experiences.

The 10-week program starts June 7, 2027, with in-person work across New England locations. Travel to multiple stores is required, including weekends. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork is central to the role.

Qualifications

• Rising college senior enrolled in business management, business administration or marketing.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Prior customer service or retail sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take part in our June Sales Training Cohort.
• Work alongside seasoned commissioned sales consultants and management to learn selling processes.
• Use a consultative selling approach to match merchandise to guests’ wants, needs and budget.
• Lead a project that showcases summer outcomes and sales results.
• Other duties as assigned by the department.
