Qualifications

• Currently pursuing accounting or a related degree.
• Strong data entry and numerical interpretation abilities.
• Accurate, detail-oriented with good written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Verify correct entry of all store invoices.
• Identify items causing out-of-balance invoices.
• Enter corrections to vendor invoices to ensure proper payment.
• Document adjustments and explain corrections to stores.
• Support merchandise inventory analysis and workload accuracy.
• Assist with department analyses and maintain organized records.
