Job summary

Wipfli in Wisconsin is seeking motivated accounting interns to gain hands-on experience in audit and assurance. You will support audit teams, respond to client requests, and develop technical skills with GAAP understanding.

You will work in-person, five days a week for full-time interns, collaborating with professionals to analyze data, prepare financial statements, and identify process improvements. Eligibility includes pursuing accounting degree and CPA exam eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accounting degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
• GPA often considered; 3.0+ preferred.
• Plan to sit for the CPA exam after graduation.
• Coursework in data analytics or big data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support audit, review, and compliance testing procedures.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and footnotes.
