Qualifications

• Undergrad pursuing a degree in Construction or Project Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with a team mindset.
• Willingness to commute to Altavista offices.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations and learn construction methods.
• Work with a Senior Project Manager on a current project.
• Learn the full construction process across steps.
• Shadow the Virtual Design Construction team in field implementation.
• Shadow field crews on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installs.
