Job summary

Studs is launching a paid apprentice piercing training program with a 6-week Tampa, FL kickoff, leading to Part Time Associate Piercer roles at Back Bay Studio. Apprentices earn $19/hour during training and $24/hour once promoted, plus tips. Candidates must have 3 years of relevant experience, and prefer Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist background.

Full-time during the training phase with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Travel during training is paid by Studs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prefer 2+ years as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (venipunctures).
• Full-Time: must be available up to 5 days per week incl. evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must pierce a minimum 18 appointments a day.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs and handle chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Educate clients on the Studs experience through the selling cycle.
• Deliver confident, professional communication with clients.
• Leverage resources and policies in decision making.
• Maintain records of maintenance, sterilized inventory and tools.
